Who is giving the warranty?

This warranty is given by Protection Wonders Pty Ltd (ABN 61 684 394 625)

To make a claim you need to contact Protection Wonders Pty Ltd by emailing order@windowwondersaustralia.com

You will need to provide original proof of purchase when making a warranty claim. Protection Wonders Pty Ltd will require you to return the product to them at your cost. You will also need to bear the cost of shipping to you. A shipping charge will be provided at your request.

Exclusion:
This warranty does not apply in any of the following circumstances:

• Normal wear and tear
• The defect is caused by any improper use of the product or its use for a purpose other than that which the product was designed or intended
• If the product has been subjected to misuse, neglect, or abuse
• If the product is altered or modified in any way
• The product is installed or used contrary to, or in a manner inconsistent with, the instructions furnished by Protection Wonders Pty Ltd

This warranty does not cover:
Any damage to the product caused or contributed to by exposing the product to chemicals, placing the product near an open flame, or any other human-made heat source.

All warranty claims will be assessed individually.
