We understand that there are occasions when orders will need to be cancelled. Once an order has been placed, buyers can request an order cancellation if manufacturing has not yet commenced. Protection Wonders Pty Ltd will refund 90% of the product cost when a cancellation request is made.

This policy intends to explain the conditions and fees applicable to order cancellations of a custom-made item. This policy aims to recover any reasonable costs related to customers cancelling an order. This policy comes with terms that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the Australian Consumer Law you have certain rights to cancel but cannot get a refund due to change of mind.
