How long will it take to receive my order?
Our screens are custom-made to order. Our aim is to ship within 2 weeks of ordering, unless you are notified otherwise.
I’m travelling full-time with no fixed address, how do I receive my order?
We are happy to ship your order with Australia Post to any Parcel Collect Post Office address that you provide us with. Unfortunately, screens exceeding 1000mm are unable to be shipped with Australia Post.

Our courier partners via Interparcel Pty Ltd can ship screens exceeding 1000mm to residential or commercial premises, but not to a Post Office.
Screens are custom-made to order. We aim to ship within 2 weeks of ordering, unless you are notified otherwise. We are in South-East Queensland, all orders will be sent from there. It is essential to consider this timeframe in relation to your travel plans, as well as your location within Australia. Delivery times vary across Australia. Protection Wonders Pty Ltd is not responsible for shipping delays.
What happens if my order is returned to you?
Australia Post will only hold your order at the post office for a certain period. If your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping cost back to you.
Refunds and Exchanges?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or screens that are ordered incorrectly, so please measure carefully!
How should I clean my screen?
Clean using a microfibre cloth to remove fingerprints or dust. DO NOT use Windex or other glass cleaners, as these contain harmful chemicals that will ruin the surface of your screen. You can wipe the screen whilst it remains in place or remove the screen completely to clean both sides. Simply “snap” back in place to reinstall. 3M Dual Lock uses strong, interlocking mushroom-shaped heads that “snap” with high closure strength but can be reopened with ease. DO NOT immerse the screen completely in water, as this will loosen the adhesive of the 3M Dual Lock.
